Terms of
Service.

These Terms govern your use of the Shedlr website, lead purchasing, lead credits, client portal, communications, and billing.

Please read carefully. By purchasing lead credits, submitting payment information, or using Shedlr services, you agree to these Terms and our Disclaimer.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and LifeRise Unlimited Corporation ("Shedlr"). You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your contact and payment information current.

2. Shedlr services

Shedlr provides lead generation services. Businesses purchase lead credits at $1 per lead and select a lead category (such as personal training, life coaching, maintenance, dog walking, house cleaning, landscaping, tutoring, photography, handyman, moving, catering, or event planning). Shedlr's team manually researches, verifies, and delivers qualified leads to the business's client portal until purchased credits are fulfilled.

Lead delivery timelines may vary based on category demand, market conditions, and verification capacity. Shedlr does not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe for individual leads.

3. No trial period

Shedlr does not offer a free trial. You must purchase lead credits upfront before receiving leads. There is no trial membership, no free tier, and no complimentary lead allocation.

4. Lead credits and pricing

Lead credits are sold at $1 per lead. You may purchase credits in the quantities offered on the order form or request a custom quantity. Credits are tied to your account and are fulfilled as leads are verified and delivered. Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing.

Shedlr may change pricing or program features with advance notice when required by applicable law. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Billing authorization

By providing a payment method, you authorize LifeRise Unlimited Corporation and its payment processor, including Stripe, to store your payment credentials and charge all amounts due for purchased lead credits. Charges may include the lead credit total, taxes, and any other amounts clearly disclosed and accepted by you.

If a charge fails, Shedlr or its processor may retry the payment. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts until cancellation becomes effective.

6. Cancellation and 30-day notice

You may cancel your account and any recurring arrangements at any time; however, all cancellation requests require at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice. Notice may be submitted using the cancellation method provided in your checkout receipt, client portal, account communication, or by contacting Shedlr through the website.

Your payment obligations remain active during the 30-day notice period. Any payment scheduled within that notice period may still be charged and is nonrefundable except where required by law. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the 30-day notice period. Unused lead credits remain available in your account after cancellation.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, payments for lead credits are nonrefundable once processed. Shedlr may issue refunds or credits at its discretion, but doing so in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in another.

8. Lead quality and no guarantees

Shedlr manually verifies that each lead is a real person with relevant interest in the selected category. However, Shedlr does not guarantee any particular outcome, conversion rate, revenue result, customer acquisition, or business outcome from any lead. Lead quality, customer responsiveness, and conversion depend on many factors, including your outreach, pricing, business practices, and market conditions.

9. Business conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, exploit, record without permission, interfere with services, provide unlawful content, misuse communications, commit fraud, or use Shedlr for illegal or harmful purposes. Shedlr may suspend or terminate access for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct.

10. Communications consent

You consent to receive service-related calls, emails, and text messages at the contact information you provide, including order confirmations, lead delivery notifications, billing, account, and support communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP, but service-related communications may still be necessary to administer your account.

11. Privacy and confidentiality

Shedlr will use personal information to operate the service, communicate with you, process payments, improve the program, and meet legal obligations. Shedlr may use service providers to support payments, communications, scheduling, storage, analytics, and website operations.

12. Intellectual property

The Shedlr name, branding, website, written materials, frameworks, and program content are owned by or licensed to LifeRise Unlimited Corporation. You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use materials for your own business lead acquisition. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, or create competing materials from them without written permission.

13. Suspension and termination

Shedlr may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, violation of these Terms, misuse, fraud, threats, unsafe conduct, or operational necessity. Termination does not erase amounts already owed. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shedlr services are provided "as is" and "as available." Shedlr disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and noninfringement. Shedlr does not warrant that every lead will result in a customer or meet every business's expectations.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeRise Unlimited Corporation and its owners, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from decisions made based on leads. Shedlr's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Shedlr during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeRise Unlimited Corporation and its owners, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Shedlr and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

Any court proceeding that is not required by law to be brought elsewhere will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Sheridan, Wyoming. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Electronic records

You consent to receive agreements, notices, receipts, disclosures, and other records electronically. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and a device capable of accessing and saving electronic documents.

19. Changes to these Terms

Shedlr may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and may also be communicated by email or another reasonable method. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect.

20. General provisions

These Terms, the checkout disclosures, and the Shedlr Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement concerning the services. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Shedlr's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights without written consent; Shedlr may assign this agreement as part of a business transfer or operational change.

21. Contact

Questions, cancellation requests, and legal notices may be submitted through the contact options provided on the Shedlr website. Include your full name, account email, and the nature of your request so it can be handled promptly. You may also reach us at [email protected] or (307) 303-7530.
